Terms of use

These terms cover the website at b3kt.app, which is run by Hercules Software LLC ("we", "us"). They do not cover the b3kt app. By using this site, you agree to them.

Using this site

We may change, suspend or withdraw this site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not promise that it will always be available, or that it will be free of errors or of anything harmful to your device.

Sending the venue form does not oblige us to list your place. A listing is covered by the listing terms.

Disclaimer

We write the information on this site with care, but it is provided as is, for general information. We do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change or remove it at any time. If you rely on it, you do so at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on what it says.

Our name and marks

The b3kt name and wordmark identify our product, and the text and design of this site are ours. Please do not copy them, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you or your product, without asking us first and getting our written consent.

Other sites and services

This site links to services we do not run, such as LINE and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, or for how they handle information about you.

The venue form's map and address search are run by others. We do not promise that they are accurate or available, and we are not responsible for them. You may use them only to fill in the venue form and in line with their providers' own terms, and you may not copy or reuse their results for anything else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute about them or about this site. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always at this address.
