Listing terms

These terms apply when a coffee or tea place is listed in the b3kt app. They are an agreement between Hercules Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, which makes b3kt ("we", "us"), and the place that accepts them ("you"). You accept them by replying "YES" (or "ตกลง") to a message that links to this page, or by ticking the box in our form. The person who accepts confirms that they own the place or are allowed to act for it.

1. Fees

We do not charge you for being listed under these terms.

2. Your content

You allow us, free of charge and not exclusively, to show the information, photographs and menu you give us in the b3kt app and in our own marketing: our website, our social media accounts and our app store pages. We may crop, resize, shorten and edit them so they fit, and we decide how and where they appear.

3. Accuracy of your information

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that the photos are yours or you have permission to share them, and that anyone recognisable in them has agreed. You should tell us as soon as something important changes, such as your opening hours. We are not responsible for mistakes in the information you gave us, or for information that has become out of date.

4. Corrections and removal

You can ask us, on LINE or by email to info@b3kt.app, to correct or remove anything you gave us, or your whole listing. If you remove your listing, we stop using your information and photos, except in material we published before you asked.

5. The shop button

If you sell coffee beans or tea online and have given us a link to your shop, in our form or at any other time, your listing can show a button ("Buy their beans" or "Buy their tea") that opens it. The button is free during the launch period. Later it becomes part of an optional paid plan, which you join only if you choose to. If you do not join, we remove the button after giving you notice, and the rest of your listing is not affected.

6. Featured places

We alone choose which places to feature, and a featured position is never sold. We may feature a place, or stop featuring it, at any time.

7. Reviews

People who use the app can review your place. We decide which reviews to remove, under our own rules. You can report a review to us.

8. Who we list

We alone decide which places we list. We may decline a listing, or end one, at any time. You can leave at any time (see section 4).

9. No guarantees

We do not promise any number of visitors, customers, clicks or sales, or any position in the app. We also do not promise that the app will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your listing, from the app or from these terms.

11. Personal data

How we handle the details of the person who contacts us for your place is set out in our privacy notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will let you know when we do. If you do not accept the new version, you can leave.

13. Language and governing law

If we publish a translation of these terms and it differs from the English, the English applies. These terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute.
