This notice covers the website at b3kt.app, including its venue form. It does not cover the b3kt app.

Who we are

This site is run by Hercules Software LLC, the company behind b3kt, whose address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Hercules Software LLC.

What we collect and why

Our hosting provider counts visits and processes IP addresses to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The site sets only security cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers, so Do Not Track signals change nothing here. It has no sign-in, and beyond that we collect only what follows.

The venue form is for coffee and tea places that would like to be listed in the b3kt app. It collects what you type or choose in it: your name, your phone number, your LINE ID and email address if you give them, your place's details, and the pin you place on the map. With your answers we keep the time you sent them, the version of the listing terms you accepted, the form's language, and whether you asked for news and offers.

We use this to review your application, to contact you about it, to manage your listing and keep a record of what you agreed to, and, if your place gets listed, to show its details in the app. We do so to prepare and carry out the listing agreement with your place, and because we have a legitimate interest in running b3kt's listings. Your name and phone number are needed for us to consider a listing: without them we cannot review your application. Your own contact details are not shown in the app.

If you ticked the box for news and offers, we send b3kt's news and offers to the email address or LINE ID you gave. We do this only with your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

If you email us or message b3kt on LINE or Instagram, we receive what you send, together with your email address or your profile on that service, and we use it to reply to you.

Before you send the venue form, your answers are kept in your browser's local storage, on your own device, until you send or clear the form. They do not reach us before you send it.

The map and the address search

The venue form's map and address search are provided by other services. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address, what you type in the search box and the position of the pin, under their own terms.

If you press "Use my location", your browser asks for your permission and then gives the form your position. The form uses it only to place the pin and, through the address search, to show the street it is on. We receive only the pin you leave on the map, when you send the form.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that host this site, store the form's answers and carry our email and messages, and only so that they can do that work for us. They process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and the form and to protect them from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us while we consider your application and while your place is listed, and afterwards for as long as we need it to show what you agreed to, to answer you or to deal with a dispute.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how it is used, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to info@b3kt.app. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The current version is always at this address.
